中南财经政法大学财政税务学院助理教授、校“文澜青年学者”，管理学博士。2023年9月毕业于英国卡迪夫大学（Cardiff University）商学院，曾任卡迪夫大学威尔士治理中心（Wales Governance Centre）研究员，卡迪夫大学商学院博士后研究员。入选省级人才项目、校“文澜青年学者”。主持中国博士后基金会面上项目、威尔士政府/卡迪夫大学《威尔士财政可持续分析》等一系列课题。
研究领域为中外背景下的财税政策评估、政府采购、政府预算、公共服务绩效。成果发表于《Public Administration》、《International Review of Administrative Sciences》、《British Accounting Review》、《Local Government Studies》等知名期刊。
