中南财经政法大学财政税务学院讲师，管理学博士。2023年9月毕业于英国卡迪夫大学（Cardiff University）商学院，曾任卡迪夫大学威尔士治理中心（Wales Governance Centre）研究员，卡迪夫大学商学院博士后研究员，并获威尔士政府、卡迪夫大学资助主持《威尔士财政可持续分析》项目。
研究领域为中外背景下的财税与公共政策评估、政府预算、政府采购、公共服务绩效等。成果发表于《Public Administration》,《Financial Accountability and Management》，《Local Government Studies》等知名期刊
